 Rudd & Diamond, P.A.  is an “AV” rated law firm specializing in the defense of the insurance and transportation industries.  Once a founder of a firm that grew to employ over 20 attorneys with offices in three counties, Michael P. Rudd recently formed a small group of attorneys and paralegals whose legal careers have been dedicated to defending insurance companies, corporations and individuals involved in personal injury, contractual and other civil lawsuits.   We believe in providing personalized legal services to our clients that larger firms, due to their sizable overheads that require a large volume of cases, are unable to offer.

Collectively, we have tried over 350 jury trials all over the State of Florida producing many defense verdicts and often obtaining verdicts that are less than the amount offered by the client prior to the suit being filed.  We have defended thousands of serious bodily injury, wrongful death, and property damage cases resulting from automobile accidents, environmental damage, electrocutions, boating accidents, slip and falls, animal attacks, assault and batteries, and other types of accidents.  Additionally, we have defended and prosecuted insurance coverage cases involving boat and vehicle arson, theft, material misrepresentations, and policy exclusions.   The members of the firm have also handled many cases related to Hurricane damage, storm related cases, and other catastrophic losses.

Rudd & Diamond, P.A. also specializes in defending commercial trucking claims. These cases are aggressively defended by experienced attorneys with extensive training in the operations of these vehicles.
