At University on Miami School of Law, he was placed on the Dean’s List and was honored as a member of the Inter-America Law Review. Mr. Diamond graduated form law school Cum Laude and was named associate editor of the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review.
Following an internship/clerkship at Mr. Rudd’s former firm during law school, he began working as an associate, with focus in the areas of commercial vehicle negligence, rental car liability and general negligence. Mr. Diamond has also been very successful in trial, having tried a number of jury trials defending carriers such as Allstate Insurance Company.
Mr. Diamond was born in Miami and graduated from Ransom Everglades High School. He was active in high school athletics and participated in three Varsity State Waterpolo Championships. He was listed as the tenth ranked scorer in Waterpolo in the Southeast his Senior Year.
At Occidental College in Los Angeles, California he studied history and sociology. Mr. Diamond was very active in Greek Activities in college and was on the governing board of his fraternity for three years.
