AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT: Rear end collision, Defendant admitted liability.  Plaintiff, 38, male, President of a textile company, suffered injury to his neck, Dr. Richard Sandrow testified that the Plaintiff has a certain percentage of disability. Defense doctor, Dr. Richard Glatzer, testified Plaintiff had no disability.  Patrick Barbee, Therapist, testified that Plaintiff would need future therapy in addition to what he had already received.  Dr. Walter Sanchez testified that the Plaintiff had visited to him, prior to the accident, complaining of neck pain.  Plaintiff’s medical bills totaled approximately $14,000.00.  Plaintiff asked jury to award $75,000.00.
