WRONGFUL DEATH: Plaintiff, 68 year old male taxi driver, collided with Defendant, Caballero’s vehicle and then exited his vehicle to inspect the damage.  While walking around his car, Plaintiff was struck and killed by another vehicle.  Plaintiff’s economist, Robert Turner estimated lost earnings at $63,000.00.  Plaintiff was survived by his wife and two children.  Plaintiffs asked the jury to award damages in amount of $500,000.00.

Verdict for Plaintiff:  $96,000.00 total damages
