Patrick Gerace was born and raised in Utica, New York. Mr. Gerace attended Thomas R. Proctor Senior High School and upon graduation Mr. Gerace attended Utica College of Syracuse University before transferring to Palm Beach Atlantic University where he ultimately attained a Bachelors degree in Pre-Law.
In addition, Mr. Gerace completed an internship at the Oneida County Public Defender Office, Civil Division, in the summer of 2004. After graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2006, Mr. Gerace attended Law School at St. Thomas University School of Law Class of 2009. During his second year of law school, Mr. Gerace clerked for Jennings & Associates, P.A., and Kon & Associates, L.L.C. After completing his second year of law school, Mr. Gerace completed a summer abroad with St. Thomas University in El Escorial / Madrid Spain, earning the book award for Comparative Law. Throughout his final year of law school and following his passing of the Florida Bar Examination, Mr. Gerace clerked for Dell & Schaefer, P.A.
In May of 2009, Mr. Gerace graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law, ranking 12th in his class. He was awarded Dean’s List acknowledgements all semesters of law school. Following his passing of the February 2010 administration of the New York State Bar Examination, in April of 2010, he joined Rudd & Diamond, P.A. as an associate.
